YB feed...?

bought some versele laga widowhood corn yesterday, nearly 15 quid a bag......im sure its gone up since i last bought this brand last year i used vanrobys which was a bit expensive but didnt know the v/l was going to be just as expensive........

im feeding 50/50 widowhood and super diet at one oz per bird, what are other members feeding their ybs on, and how much per bird...?

soon as they weaned they go on peas for 2 weeks then they go on 50% high protean and 50% depuritive keep it simple fat birds dont fly

VL breed and ween with extra peas they seem ok on it and flying well.

2 scoops vl junior plus to 1 scoop vl start plus which is a breeding mix but not a heavy breeding mix

is that the one with the pellets in it darren ?

yb are getting 50% breed and wean from gem and 50% gerry plus from gem .
and the old birds are getting gem w/hood mix .

When i was flying always added extra peas into the mix but as soon as racing started removed the peas and replaced with extra maize when needed

It was gardenpea actly haha and yer there doing good tbh quite pleased with them only time will tell to see how good they are
