| went with my mate for a 30mler today what a craking toss they wherent up 5 mins and the rain came on and rained all the way home on and off but when i got home my lad says where you been only took them aprox 40 mins and all home all 34 even the laterbred one thats only had one 25mler and has only droped 2 flights so very happy roll on the on tomorrow another 30mler and thats it for the week all will go this week happy days sean

| I had a weird chuck tonight 36 miles took 53 minutes to get back and I lost 4. Very strange.  |

might get another 25mler tomorrow happy days hope every one else training to day had good chucks sean |
