COLOUR?????

Hiya could anyone tell me what they think is the colouring of this youngster. thanks Darren[url=][/url]

There will no doubt be a more fancy term from showmen but imo and on my race sheet it would be a mosaic

i think so aswell its very much like a silvery grey with the bars being brother and for the gaby fans its out of a great grandson of shadow which i believe throughs mosaics thank you

The one i had back in 2000 was bred from the old Kings Cup winning family of a chap called Roy Todd, cracking pigeon won nearly a grand as a baby in breeder buyer sale didnt breed though so ended up buried. did see a fancy coloured gaby on a sales website yesterday

silver blue mate i got a hen here in stock loft similair colour she produced a yb same colour as that one this year

yes i would put it down as a mosaic for definite

I think its a barless blue and the red tinge will disapear in the moult just like my chequers posted on here with red wings. If you know what a barless mealy looks like with some sign of a faint bar, then this is the equivilent with the blue makings and the bar just visable.
I will post the chequer pic again showing the red, which has now gone completely, however te bird I have is a bronze now.
