T3, whats it worth...?

can anyone tell me what a T3 needing a battery is worth...?

i know its about £45 for a battery fitting/servicing, any ideas ?

you can buy um for anything from 50 to 80 quid ....working that is atb

no not realy david and you would want to see it working idealy eh lol i would only pay 30 for one needing a battery atb

they where selling at blackpool serviced new battery 75 quid sean

i just got one David 2006 model new blue face one £60.00 from ebay + 10.00 p&p so 70 in totall but looks like it hasnt been used

thats a very good price evs, the blue faced ones are a T3s arnt they........

yes i beleave they are there neat little clocks

as far as im aware the t3s is thimble less as standard

Alex i was under the understanding tha T3 clocks had to be adapted / converted to be thimble less mate

this is a blue fronted T3s don, im not sure if they are thimbless or not........essexsteve had one, maybe he can enlighten us.

ill have yo have a look at mine as im not sure but i dont think it is

that one is thimbleless you can see the brass insert, the one I got off steve wasnt

They have to be for most clubs, they have a sprung brass flap on the main chamber and inserts called coffins which slide into each chamber, these coffins secure the rubber in the chamber to stop the rubber from getting stuck.
