| Well if your on here for advice you will get plenty of that whether you want it or not.
I wouldnt both with the birds from the Monastry if you want to race, I would go to a local fancier for Old Birds preferably 1 who is doing ok |

| hi racing novice, and welcome to the site.........could you tell us a bit about yourself ie, have you kept pigeons before, and do you already have a loft/shed ready for the new pigeons, do you plan on keeping them at home in your garden or allotement ?
i would agree with what others have said and avoid the ones for £7, as once you get to know some of the members they might be able to help you out with old or young birds if they are reducing their flock....... |

| Hi david, originally from oldham we moved here 4 years ago, i kept pigeons with my old man when i was young over 30 years ago now but really fancy getting into racing now, just finding it a bit hard to get started. i have 2 6x4 sheds which i am joining together and widening to end up with a 12x6 shed. this is going to be kept in my back garden were i can keep my eye on them. |
