| I think you are correct the hermans ceusters do seem to be the in family, if you follow Bert Braspenning a true champion who has been to the top, he was crossing the H/C with his janssens about 6 0r 7 years ago when I know nobody had heared of them including me.
However I noticed that he was doing this and it started my interest in 2008 when I first tried buying some, Now they are everywhere but as with all things in pigeons a name sells pigeons JUST LIKE THE jANSSEN NAME USED TO, so a lot of ads now are listing a H/C in the PEDS.
Another name that I have started noticing recently is Lambrechts firstly because I acquired a bird a few years ago and its been winning for me and is the fastest pigeon I have ever owned. So this year I have bought a few more in and will be using them to cross into my H/C from the same place I bought them. I cant wait for this next season to see how good they are going to be.

Hi Martyn your correct yes the H/C are the in thing but the Lambrechts are fast birds but there is 2 Lambrechts racing birds no relation to each other, the one i am on about is the middle distance fancier in the same or next village the sprint Lambrechts are to commercialised now compared to 6 years ago when they had small ofts but as soon as fanciers started buying the amount of pigeons started to increase |
