it appears the general managers hearing was before Christmas by an indipendant tribunal, and issues have been resolved..........shame we only find out after the hearing and no one knows what happened because it was behind closed doors........they must think the members are fools.

all seems a bit cloak and dagger to me, and members who pay their wages seem to know nothing about whats really going on........ Question

I don't really see why any dispute between the rpra should actually go to court George, if it was an employement issue surely an employement tribunal would be the case......a court case implys there are criminal charges somewhere along the line, which some person or persons are making a claim of wrong doing against somebody.......

I wonder if the criminal aspect of this is anything to do with the sale of a borrowed dickin medal ...with it all being cloak and dagger will we ever know the full truth ...we the members have a right to know surely

I cant understand how they sold the medal when it was on loan to them, who loaned it to them, and who bought it...?

maybe your right, maybe the owner isn't too happy...?

the full details are not being given david but it seems rpra funds are to be used by the defence if it goes to court ...the vice president and president are using their own funds to present a case ,what a mess and it seems the president and vice have good reason otherwise why would they pursue the matter

I agree david but its not clear that the reason is the missing dickin medal it may be another matter ...nobody is saying the exact reason ,whatever it is they should not be using members funds without telling us the reason why first

correct Darren they shouldn't, it seems they are trying their best to keep the members in the dark about everything that's going on......and it seems there is more than one or two issues going on.

yeah we are only getting snippets of info but apparently it was 2 female employees that made complaints against the gm Question whether these complaints are related to the dickin medal fiasco is unknown but of course should this go to magistrates or crown court the cat will be out of the bag

cant understand how whatever has gone on has ended up at crown court......crown court is either because the "guilty party" is denying the charge, or that a magistrate cannot deal with it because its above their powers.......this must be a criminal charge then with a jury deciding if guilty or not.......???

very strange scratch
