New comp thoughts.

I am looking for feedback, on a new comp for the coming season. You select 5 birds in your loft, you then have to give the best Velocity out of the 5 birds each week. The Best bird velocity combined will be the winner of the comp. Any thoughts please.

I would love a comp Devo but depending on the wind north and south road velocities could be miles apart.

Your right Boosey, I could look at having both directions, north road/south road, it would just mean a bit more work. Also i will be keeping guess the time on, for members as we have some members that dont race. Thanks for your feedback Boosey.

i think its a great idea but a 2 bird

I would not worry about racing direction dev it will all pan out over the weeks and anyway its all a bit of fun anyway ,I take it you mean nominate 5 at the start and pick best velocity from those 5 on a weekly basis

Yes Daz that was the plan, best velocity out the 5, on a weekly basis. That would then give a overall velocity averages of your team.

go for it dev ,wind directions wont always be the same it may favour south road or north on the day but its only a bit of fun afterall

It looks like we will be doing this new comp, it will run along with our other comp, guess the time.
