never heard of that one Darren, wheres newton abbott, and how far from you...?

Tewkesbury again for us with the combine it is supposed to be getting warmer at weekend it looks like a west north West for us we are sending the 10, widowers and the 1st 5,or 6,hens from last week good luck to everyone who is racing.

down near torquay david its a new lib point not the old race-course don't have a distance david about 80-85 miles I think

we are at peterborough this week our convoyer will be trying to get away in front of yours but i think you only have 2 cuts this week ray

I presume Ray, 2 cuts mean 2 liberations etc for your whole area etc. Me being me I would much prefer the largest liberation possible to get the birds well mixed up & going into a larger area to gain the experience factor. One would have too have the type of birds to handle those type of conditions & I suspect many of the corridor door type birds would find themselves in trouble some what to a certain degree.  

That's why I prefer the smaller groups.they have to use their heads more instead of getting dragged home in the larger liberation. It's ok at the nationals ect when we are all on an equal par.but the early races I prefer them to use their heads

Hello Dave could let me have your loft number and address when John picks the young birds up.the race we had on Saturday end up having a good race .the wind turned from north west 2 west all the nine cocks returned not racing the hens yet race the natural system so I have 2keep the clocks

hi Patrick, glad to hear your raced turned out well.....you were expecting a bad one, yes I think your right to keep the cocks motivated, its a balancing act isn't it.

when john calls I should be able to give him the transfer forms with details filled in, but I will email the details to you anyway.
