could not sleep

could not sleep last night too much pain in my legs and arms,all because of improovements , seriously thought of calling it a day with the birds,and that's not me ? , I know one day I will have to do just that , but for now I will carry on, see what next year brings ? .

need to take things a bit easier edgie, don't do too much....have you got anyone to give you a hand...?, its hard struggling on your own, I do it all the time where an extra pair of hands would be a big help.

need to take it easy edgie, and enjoy your birds...

The works done now so life should be easier. Just need to get birds down to sensible numbers. Don't like to destroy birds for nowt.

not there fault is it ? . Will give it another season or two at least they have given me loads of plesure since i was a kid.and been raceing since 1971

never think about packing in edgie......

hardly slept all night again , fed up , popping pain killers for fun , and these morphine patches don't do any good , I must be immune

You need to rest up over the weekend edgie, just relax , feet up and watch the TV, that's what I do when I get flare ups with my arthritis, just feed and water the birds till I feel better

Thanks for your concern lofty . But this has been going on for a long time . But I will do as you sugest

We've just got to manage as best we can edgie, when we feel ok do as much as we can, when we're a bit under the weather just do enough to see the birds are ok

True lofty but I think I am going to half my team end of next season if I can't manage them properly
