13 sent. 8 back last count hour ago. They stopped coming. Quite happy with the result. First 5 are keepers, others culls.

yes Darren we had a great race we had 17 drop together ,the winning bird had a velocity of 1857 and we was 1847 so it let you see how close the other birds were to put us back to 8th place. but we are 2 down as from today so cant complain. best of luck racing to all the members,

Yes Knackered. I look at it this way. They all had the same tosses, same feed etc,. Theoretically, they should have been close together. But theories are formulated in the absence of facts. I have to cut down so this is one way to do it. Incidentally, the first 5 were not early bred. Apart from the first one, their parents were good this year also. Like begets like, usually. Still 3 short this morning.

Last one back this morning, none the worst for a night out, no hawk/falcon/wire damage so couple of days rest and back up the road, very happy we've got them all home, very happy , especially as we lost those hens earlier from training

Well done daz, like you say they will probably make they're way back today, sounds like you had a tough race, ours look to be slow as well, somewhere in the 1100, 1200 region, could be 5th or 6 th club, we are very happy with that

Where you racing from John, I'm hoping to get a short training toss tomorrow, but yours would have probably cleared Swansea by the time mine are going
