Racing 19/8/17

anyone basketing tonight for a Saturday race, if so how many are you sending and where are you racing from...?

Everything cancelled here. Schedule put back one week.

We're away to Newbury, 116 miles, sent 12 cocks some sitting some driving, and 5 hens that are not mated, club numbers are 4 members sending 112 birds, everyone saying it could be a tough one tomorrow but looking at the forecast it seems to be ok, although the wind is head on don't look to bad

a very strong west wind tomorrow roy ...atb for the race we go sunday from Leicester

Fair bit off the pace today, same grizzle hen first in the clock, been 1st bird 3 out of the 4 races, so her season is done, it's 2-30pm and we've got 14 out of the 17 we sent, still hopeful for the others, been a tough race, wind a lot stronger than forecast so I'm pleased with our returns
