The N.E.H.U race from Melton Mowbray 21/4/2012 was won by Peel bros of South Shields, they took 1st club 1st fed, also taking 2nd and 4th club and 15 of the 25 birds clocked in the club......well done Peel brothers.

The owl was back of the barns as I walked the dogs tonight. Hope he is nesting around here! Keeps the hawks away! 50 young raised some not yet weaned. Older ones finally flew good. Weather is nice!! Out of 44 weaned 42 are left. But with this number of pigeons who cares? Not me. Lose ten more no problem.
