The N.E.H.U race from Melton Mowbray 21/4/2012 was won by Peel bros of South Shields, they took 1st club 1st fed, also taking 2nd and 4th club and 15 of the 25 birds clocked in the club......well done Peel brothers.

both george, the dahlia's are tubers/bulbs which come every year, some of the others which go in as plants only last one year.

Very nice David, loved the video, same age as Misty is your little fellow, that is the one drawback with pets, they get old.
Wish more would take an interest in photos, makes a nice change. . Would like a few from Knackered bet he has some wonderful scenery etc; around his front door.
At the moment whilst doing this there are two squirels taking turns to get pea nuts and take them to hide, could almost touch them from here.
Cannot understand what has happened to the small birds, used to have numerous different varieties and blackbirds in abundance, now only bluetits and sparrows.
Will get my son round to show me how to operate this contraption.

old cheq cock fighting with my hand will be 18 years old in 2023, his flights are looking a bit rough at the time, but this was a few years ago, he is in better condition now and handles like a 3 year old ........not had any ybs off him for around 5 years when i had a pair of eggs hatch un expectedly.
rest of the birds are mainly janssens, none of my van reets .

we say evey time that we wont get another, but always do george .......but after this one we certainly wont be getting another .
for one reason if anything happened to us we would be upset leaving the dog behind, and also we wouldnt want the upset of loosing another one .
