Weather today

i thought letting fireworks off during the year and not on bonfire night wasnt allowed any more ......


Firework curfews

Most of the time, you must not set off fireworks between 11pm and 7am. However, on Bonfire Night this extends to midnight and during Diwali night, New Year and Chinese New Year it extends to 1am[iv].19 Oct 2022


You cannot buy 'adult' fireworks if you're under 18, and it's against the law for anyone to set off fireworks between 11pm and 7am, except on certain occasions. Adult fireworks are category 2 and 3 fireworks - they do not include things like party poppers. Category 4 fireworks can only be used by professionals.

still raining think it's Monday before we have a dry day

rain during the night, stopped for now but a cold damp day .....

has not stopped for 2 days and it is heavy rain

Rain in the night managed to get the birds out this morning then had light rain this afternoon not been cold though

thought rain was coming to-morrow see it's now to-night that  will test the loft roof out really hope it's dry inside in the morning

still raining not sure if the rain  has got back inside the loft or just not dried out from yesterday the large wet patch is drying round outside but still wet in middle

Panic day here I'm Colin for my birds. Chain saw massacre over the back fence etc. Cowboys running berserk & our back yard full of cypris trees from our neighbours back yard. Gotta laugh thou neighbour said he was having them all trimmed to around 15 ft for the privacy factor. Cowboys as dumb as horse shit it appears as all that is left now there are stumps at ground level. Weather wise down here today "Cool" as if I was maybe living in South Shields type of thing    .

Typical Winter weather, but town still busy.

Had visitors galore to see over a ton in weight walrus plonk it's self on harbour landing only a few thousand miles from home.

We grumble but are very lucky in many respects many people far worse off.

At least Knackered you should have plenty of firewood.

Best day of the week here dry with some sunshine and feeling mild opened the doors to the workshop to let the warmth in
