says rain to stop here, but showing no signs yet ......

it says heavy rain here and it is right

Wet here today and windy not very pleasant down the loft this morning

just had a look outside and still raining hope it's dry to-morrow

been raining all day ,just got back from the fields with alfie and his schoolmates and got the brown stuff kicked out of me getting to old for this game

Cold at first then rained but it never stopped us . The corridor makes a massive difference

could not have a loft with no corridor now

Same here birds look better , we look better haha. Like today in the rain half the stuff would not have got done as nothing worse than going from sitting cabin to each section in the rain . We have internal doors right through the loft but don't tend to use these much

much better if you have visitors or more than one person

No visitors here haha . Very rarely we let anyone in our loft . We only let like today ex work mates or close friends. Very rarely pigeon men because normally only after one thing

same here only one visitor in years and he won't be back lol

the only pigeon men i have here are those who want to collect young birds bought off elimar, which could be only two or three per year, the others get a courier .

i do have a club member and his grandson who visit on the odd occasion but its not to see the pigeons normally.....its just a normal visit from friends.

Just windy so far. Hopefully that changes as a way in caravan on Friday

just had a light shower can't see work i done on the roof keeping the rain out

Not looking forward to New Year celebrations.

Misty goes berserk with the fireworks.

Christmas, took him way out in the countryside so he could not hear them.

Came back and idiot in the big houses behind us started letting bangers off that were like bombs, went out and had a word in his ear.

Prior to, I rang the police who said they could not do anything as it was legal.

I said driving a car is legal if you meet the conditions but if you cause pain to an animal with it, it is a crime, took name and address still waiting a reply.

What good the Animal Rights Brigade are I know not.

Many of our friends have dogs, some take no notice of the fireworks and others are terrified.

Agree people should be able to enjoy a firework display but they should be organised.

Not looking forward to it, it hurts me to see Misty suffer.
