Present circumstances as per latest in previous post few posts back, but changes day today.

Sad affair all round, think many fanciers will just make the best of it and meet friends etc; irrespective of anything else.

Just real pain on top of all the other problems.

Talk about cruel all so people could maybe happily eat an egg for breakfast Which by the way now, brings back another point now of see nothing do nothing etc for the likes of my modern-day little Greta types That being, male chicks on the production line of the egg laying scenario & their early deadly retirement age as such .

a job is a job in high unemployment

Think in the chase for food and an easy way of getting it involves many unsavoury practises, throughout animal life.

Things change from day to day George, no one can make any firm decisions.

Think the RPRA a useless lot but having spoken to David Trippet on several occasions know he is sound and reliable and will do all he can for the Show to go on.

No one can buck the conditions thrown at you and matters could hardly be worse.

Just hope there is a ray of sunshine on the horizon.

marquee i think is for the airport

Slightly south of town centre in the fairground (pleasure Beach) so maybe around 2 miles from winter gardens. Too far to walk if the weather is bad

Looks like some of the auctions will be held in that region too, whether people attend that's another thing

it's a lot to do with deposits i'm also looking at £250 for my 2 olr birds that may not get a race

Blackpool looks like details and pedigrees will be on the pens and you collect the birds outside Blackpool which may be the airport

Would read the actual rules may be covered.

RPRA should, if competent, have insurance to cover such event expetialy in these trying times.

i hope the show goes ahead with birds attending ,for the fanciers not rpra i think they have shown there colours again

Cannot understand why any racing being allowed.

The pigeons may come from a free area but would certainly go through some affected ones.

Complete cock up all round when you think there is no evidence that pigeons either suffer from it or carry it.

Will just have to wait and see.
