2023 RPRA Rings

got my 2023 rings delivered today, our club secretary very kindly dropped them off for me on her way past with her husband ......i`d say Tracey is the best secretary our club has had, she goes above and beyond of what her job entails ....

lime green they are this year, they will certainly stand out .

don't have any old birds from last time we had lime green

yes i agree mark, she is also secretary at our local mid week club too.......credit to her she does a great job .

too many for the wheel barrow colin, it was a ton bag on a fork lift .........

well you don't double ring them David

i used to double ring my birds in the 1986`s george, i put the rpra life ring on one leg and a star and garter ring on the other leg ........why i dont know

i double rung mine one year blue rings but one was 2016 only because did not want a bird to slip the ring hate birds with no ring  i loaned him out he is still out so maybe  he bred something rings are different  years

aye yes he might well have done george ........maybe looking to breed more this season.

expecting to see a few more eggs laid this week, still a bit hesitant about breeding too many with all this avain flu about, maybe there will be no racing this season , maybe no one will want to buy young birds .......i dont want to be stuck with 140 of them ......

double ring them or enter them in one loft races  

140 young birds at £125 each ...............

theres only knackered who could afford that
