| Think the blue oldstrain mentions is the one I picked first time you put the pictures up barnie.
Think David thought the same but did not say which blue.
Matters not, early days and there is always a dark horse about.
Will be very interesting better than the OL diabolical events.
Regards.

The one on the left of the cheq pied, in the first photo, which is also in the centre of the photo.

| Thanks barnie.
Just give the blue a little lecture, it has to beat the cheq.
Just hope you keep up a winning streak.
Like the way you train although never trained myself, but open loft is another matter regarding health and fitness.
Natural fitness always on the move in one way or another never sat on a perch for long.
Think with a loft manager in charge of OL pigeons the pigeons should be out of the loft most daylight hours not sat in the loft.

| the one lofts ive seen videos of misty, very rarely have birds exercising around the loft, if they do its small tight circles around the loft, never ranging off .......or otherwise they are pottering about on the grass or loft roof .
then they are surprised when they take then 1 mile down the road and they dont come home . |

Big difference David in just letting them out, hungry, so as to get them back in as soon as the hour is up and pigeons well fed and raring to go full of energy not hungry just waiting to be let back in for a feed. If they fed them then let them out there would be a big difference. The most important thing to a pigeon as with all animals, it's belly. Attend to that properly and you are half way there. Regards. |
