would have been good David it's difficult holding a panel and screwing it in place few sections were bowed and had to bolt them to draw them to-gather

These are handy george I use them all the time , free both hands up while you get things assembled....

this yb is from a hen with a broken wing last years ybs tail shot up so did not keep them this year paired to different cock

seems alot of money for a overlap shed george ,theres plenty 8x6 online for £300 that are overlap ,main thing is that its dry and rodent free,have to admit your other shed looks a better quality one than this ,either way atb with it

you are correct last one i had to add more framing to stop the warping  was going to use it after breeding for 6 birds made by Forest

how about lining it with ply sheets george ......

have you ever heard lining inside a loft mice come in

yes i lined a garden shed same type george, i tried to make sure all planks were firmly nailed so as not to warp, then just lined the floor and sides ..... making sure everything was tightly butted up to each other , so if anything did get in and chew a hole you would notice it straight away .

think i'm going to have to the floor David

makes it easier for scraping out ply lined george, if the floor is originally planks/ t&g

the floor only 7x5 is in 2 sections

i did mine but when i took it down the damp had got between the 2 layers from outside

i remember w2hen we packed in with pigeons in 1986, we had lined the widowhood cocks section all round the sides and the roof, we also put loft insulating between it, the itchy horrible stuff ......... anyway when we was taking the the loft down we pulled the ceiling down and a load of baby mice fell on our heads , so it just goes to show they do get everywhere and anywhere .....
