real hard frost this morning

glorious day here, just had them in the bath, feathers teeming out the dark yb's now, they ain't doing much flying.

This is an exceptionally big young hen, massive compared to the others: she was 5th Fed a few months ago, off a cock I took a punt on at Doncaster last year.

-3 here when i went out at 7.30am, had to de ice the car windows it was thick of ice .....

Unbelievable, like a summers day, just on cutting the lawns and tidying the gardens , t shirt weather. Pigeons loving it, lying in the sunshine.
