| thanks darren, i`ll have a look at it .......... we are hoping to clean the garage out this summer and paint the floor with some grey concrete paint, but the roof needs sealing before i can do that, it was done about 20 years ago with a new roof but sprung a leak a while ago and once rain gets under it runs along the roof and drips inside.
how did things go with the councillor george ...? |

| 30-50 trees not hedge have been planted to my fence then used plastic ties to hold the trees in place bringing down my fence and i having to spend £500 on new fence she then rang the police told them i was taking down a broken fence which belong to my landlord not me |

| just play her at her own game george, say the fence got damaged when the trees were put in and you are removing it as it un-sightly and a hazard to your grandchildren....remember you need permission to plant trees in such a place and i doubt the housing association are going to be best pleased with her actions as the trees could/will cause damage to foundations if planted anywhere near the property, besides who will maintain them when they get big and remove all the foilage when it comes to autumn ,she has not thought it through obviously and could well stump the cost for the removal of the trees and a new fence ,some people eh george |

| i am doing my fence this week george i went to order panels today and got some real good ones for £50 each for 6"x6" they are called "closed panel" and the wood slats are vertical, just like the slat fencing post were £12 each for 3" x 8 foot ,post mix £7 a bag ,all delivered for under £500 ,i thought that was a good price for 6 panels 7posts and 11 bags of post mix for £476 to the door i'm done with that style panel george ,b&q want £50-55 for those panels they do a budget one for cheaper to,but they have alot of imperfections and are not well made eh |
