as colin said earlier....... she wants a mesh/wire fence, but is she going to pay for it ...?

does she expect george or the landlord to pay for it ?

I accept what you say David but perhaps a typical Trump type comment maybe      .

dont rock the boat too much george ,she may stitch you up about the pigeons ...cut them back or kill them off maybe without her knowing ,if it were not for the birds you would have good grounds for there removal

alf is growing real fast and has had a growth spirt this year he eats real well to but is like a galloping hat pin

he's looking well you both must be proud of him

i had to present him with that trophy to george ,it brought a lump to my throat ...he is a good lad and doing well at school to,i showed alf the replies he says thanks to you all

yes certainly growing up fast, great he is doing well and committed to doing something he loves ........ credit to you and Nicola , brought him up right .

Agree But could Alfie maybe just perhaps shave all his hair off etc David just to make himself look that bit meaner looking come game day as such I suggest & also to boot maybe a few evil type tattoos also to scare his opposition.

i would wait until she went out and i would have them trees up,what can she do she is in the wrong george ,so long as the panel is put back in what can she do,maybe she never got permission to plant trees,they could cause a problem further down the line with roots disturbing foundations etc....damp and mold if close to the house to,theres plenty in your favour george ,if it was me i would re-panel and stick a shed there ....game over oh and dont forget to leave foliage where it belongs is she maintaining it george i would bet the lanlords would not be happy with her tree planting

just come in for 10-mins trying to put new post and gravel board then hold and screw panel on your own

local fed up at 9-00 into a strong north wind

morning all, dry and bright morning here , but fairly windy ....... might go over the grass at some point today

dry but bitter cold wind off shopping then the fence

i think im in the garden today george, planting or weeding ......

just back from shopping weather in few hours is strong gusty wind

been coating a flat roof

layed 20 slabs this morning....have to do my fence next week ,the wifes on the warpath this week

my fence has been put on hold as councilor coming out 4-00 to-morrow
