| The better the condition of your pigeons the better they will moult and sometimes the quicker they will moult also |

| most of mine are nearly finished moulting, the last flight is an inch or so left to go on most of them..... |

| hopefully around the last week in december don, dont know weather to repaIR A FEW TO DIFFERNT HENS FIRST ROUND or leave same pairs togeather to make sure i get some laying quickly...... |

| If you have had them on a light feed during the winter and they have not put to much weight on the hens should be o.k |

| Put your pairs on paper then two weeks before you pair up put tem together for an hour then remove them |

| If there is problems then make changes to suit, then when the time to pair up comes everything should go better, calm loft and pigeons you should have them down on eggs between 8 and 11 days thats all pairs |

| don, do you think if a cock is paired to two sisters he could breed a better yb with one of them better than the other ? thing is i had a dark cock paired to a dark hen and the ybs they bred are ok but i dont want to breed anymore from them as was not too happy with them....but her sister is smaller and feels a nicer bird and im wanting to put the dark cock to her instead...could they breed a better yb or will they be the same ? |

| i think they would breed a better yb .....the dark hen is quite big but the yearling seems small to medium which i like... |

| think ill pair him to both, his normal hen first then ive got the ybs....then re-pair him to the sister and get a round off her so i can compare ybs.... |
