Alex, the two i had were the auction birds which i bought from J&V Draper & K Thorpe which Chris Perry has took....Don has got his name on the two extra's from Steve 1952..............but i will gladly get 2 others from friends for you Steve B if you want to be part of it, would easily put 2 of our own in mate but dont want any of our own birds with the onelofters cos would be unfair has they would be bred here...if you know what i mean?

But no probs Steve B, if you want to enter i will get you 2 birds????

hi mark, just one thing i need to ask re cost of entries......you wrote this about returning lost birds and fees;

The only risk as i see it is the repatriation costs should a bird/s get lost and have to sent for by courier (if i am unable to collect personally which i do in 90% of all cases). It may be worth thinking of increasing the initial entry fee to £20/bird, with costs split as above and the remaining £5 to be held in a fund to cover any repatriation costs if needed, with whatever isn’t used going back into the prizefund for the final race?


has there been a decision made on this, as it will determine weather i will be entering two birds or four .

would a postal order do , dont have a cheq book only debit card,

could get a cheq off someone else if it comes to it ???

wouldnt emagine mark would mind chris, but remember.......there is a charge on top when you buy a postal order....

i normally send cash by recorded delivery
works out cheaper than a postal order
