| Hi Stu, RPRA are always more expensive in most things, probably due to the overheads, offices, fees etc etc
RPRA membership - £8 per member, NWHU £3.50 per member............as you say rings from NWHU 15ea, no charge for transfers only SAE
I know with the NWHU, there is only Terry who is secretary, admin, tranfers clerk etc etc etc basically he does it all

| our club fees are 50 pound. was talk of it going up to 80 but didnt hear any more about it thankfully. |

| the birds which have already been paired to each other are usually ok alex, but new pairings do usually fight a bit.........all i do is when they are locked in the nestbox place half a brick in for the hen to get away from the cock if he`s a bit aggressive towards her. |

All mine will be new pairs but next year they will be the same as it stands at the moment... |

| i know ken gives then trial runs well before he pairs up.........each weekend he will put them togeather for a day or two then seperate again....he will do this each week up until he pairs up and when he does they already are settled with each other and he quickly has them on eggs, |

David tell you the best thing other than a brick the blocks from pallets they are a bit warmer to stand on if it is cold weather mate |

it is alex, all the hard work and fighting is already done before they pair up to lay......ken does this every year and his birds have laid within a week or so.(ish) |
