From Fed Topper to Master Chef
The N.E.H.U race from Melton Mowbray 21/4/2012 was won by Peel bros of South Shields, they took 1st club 1st fed, also taking 2nd and 4th club and 15 of the 25 birds clocked in the club......well done Peel brothers.
fedding plays a very big part in racing pigeons ,most members and fanciers feed differrent as to what they want to get from their birds myself i feed to the weather im a great believer that the weather plays a big part in feeding ie if its a blow home or a head wind what are members views on feeding ? do members fedd on a friday ?(if so what time and how much) do members feed as much as they can eat on a thurday ?

allway feed on a friday so they take a drink. not alot of feed for this shorter races but enough so they drink. i try and judge what time the birds will be home from the race and give them there feed at round about the same time on the friday.for the longer races all diferant again
