how long does it all take?

how many days does it take before the hen lays her first egg after mating? how long before the second? and how long before they are hatched?

usualy 10 to 14 days to lay first egg then 2nd egg 2 days later then 18 days to hatch

thanks for quick answer. do the 2 eggs usually hatch at the same day? and are those 18 day to hatch counted from the first or second egg?
