Wind today.....

been very windy again here in leeds today, the ybs havnt been out for a day or two so i decided to let them out at teatime today.....they ranged off for 30 mins then flew round the loft for another 15 mins so i was happy enough with that, im hoping the wind dies down tommorrow to take them training as it will be the only one for nearly 2 weeks since they last raced...........

ive had them out for exercise every day apart from the couple of windy days so do members think they will be ok to race from 137 miles this weekend .....?

had the birds out today david.
a good air of wind. but thy flue for there hour. and down.
the thing that always amases me is if we put them out at say 1 thy come down after an hour.
if we put them out at 2 thy alwas just fly there hour.
seem to have a built in them that it;s time to come down after an hour.
no matter what time we put them out.

If your birds are flying for an hour they should be allright my birds go out every day mind you they flow for about 2 mins my birds for some reason dont hardly fly around home allthough they have open hole they never have, they go out about 8 and I get them in between 12 and 2 and out again around 6 but as I said they go out in all weathers
