Winning a race is easy, being consistent takes skill

i got skill its weather my birds have i have been in the shed watching for 2hours all week and still my grizzal that was 2nd is still on form over all my other birds

hope you do win chris, but one thing i would never do is commit myself and tell everyone how well im going to do racing........when it doesnt happen it makes you look a t**t.

chris a tip for you never spout what your going to do i heard plenty of that in my time from people who could not fly a kite pigeon racing is hard work dedication skill and motivation and the old foxes always got something up their sleeves and when the season ends they the ones who are at the top sean

Yet again I never rubbish anyone, until the end of the season
Fanciers used bathe in their glory at the beginning of the season and come out with comments like your birds are not doing too well.
I used to say these short races are just training tosses to get em warmed up.
Once they got a bit of distance, then it was a different matter, 4 or 5 in the clock with only seconds between them. That used to shut em up

It's nice when things go well, but how many lose their heads when things go wrong.
That's where us oldies come into our own

I no what ur saying all and I no just puting so much time into them atm and getting everythink on my part right I reali wanna do well and win somthink just want rewards

I hope you do mate, your getting the first bit right, building up that love of home and removing the fear of the hand.
Next is teaching them to fly.
