| hi nieil, welcome to the site.........i feed my ybs 50% super diet and 50% widowhood mix, at the moment im giving 10 oz to 11 ybs to keep them a bit keen so they trap ok, once they are ranging/training and racing the amount will alter. |

| at the moment i only exercise and feed my ybs once a day neil, once they have trapped into the loft i feed them the 50/50 mixture which is fully digested in the next 24 hours until they are let out again for exercise........ |

| ah right, i do it this way because i only exercise my ybs once a day........if you are exercising twice then i would give just super diet after the morning fly, maybe a quarter to half oz per bird then a diet and widow corn mixture evenings
this is just a guess as i only exercise once a day at the moment. |

| I exercise mine once a day and they get as much as they want of a race mix but whatever is left is taken away after half hour. They fly and trap fine at the mo! |
