| Morning all,some advice needed, Had one of my hens back 4hrs late yesterday,tail feathers missing,chest muscle exposed, talon hole on the back, how they make it back it back after this amazeses me. I have cleaned the wounds with mild antiseptic, she is eating and drinking, can they come back after this, is there anything else i need to keep an eye on,thanks. |

| Pigeons are quick healers and quite resilient. I have two here that have been mauled and are now training. They soon come round mate. |

| j got a hen who was hawked last year and she raced again this year but it happened again she is ok again but dont want to leave the loft maybe she will come round eventualy....savalon do a iodine spray which is good for wounds also sudocreme atb and hope your bird makes afull recovery i am sure it will but wont race this season jmo |
