I finally decided to do a video of my yb trapping through a single hole. I managed to get 34 of the 38 in, but four let the side down pissing about.

Trust four to let the side down. I just go in the loft and there is no other entrance to the loft and if they want food they will trap. no trap no food. They soon get the hang of it.

I wasn't happy with that attempt so i let them out again tonight and this time they all went in without messing about, as soon as I went for the corn they were down and as soon as the loft was open they were in. see the young Barker on the end trying to get to me and the corn tin.LOL

I'm not a believer of throwing corn into the loft, although in the very begining to get them started I did throw a little seed into the trap. But the birds now know where they get fed and that's inside the loft. Inside the loft I feed on the floor at a hand full at a time, this makes them compete for food. This becomes ingrained in their head. The single hole in the trap also makes them compete with each other to get into the loft when they hear me rattle the corn tin, they know from that first rattle that corn will be going down inside the loft. Believe me they fight to get in.
