When I first started in pigeons, that's mainly all there was. Got it in one Delbar.
My freind Barry Nicklin still has the old lines left of Larkins, and the Coppi pigeons even has a red cock which is from his red cock champ Heartbreak
I think the reds come through the lines of champion "Red 20" He had top birds. I'm trying to recreate a dynasty here and having a tough time tracing the old lines that can still pull a plow. Perhaps you would PM me his phone or email or whatever gets the job done. There might be something there. ATB B' |

- It's a long list, Turner, Beardsmore, most of the ones we know would have come through Deal. Larkins Henson The Reject Cock, Crayone, I think the reason we still call them Busschaerts is Belgian fanciers didn't buy into them like they did Janssen. The expression pure Busschaert refers to birds that descend only from birds that came from George Busschaert. It does not mean they will breed you winners. Same way if I buy a Van Loon I know it a Janssen. Now, who here knows an A.K Tonk? Are they still racing Busschaerts?
A.K.Tonks that is Arnie Tonks of wednesbury he is a top fancier a very good eyesign man also Arnie races with his wife sylvia and son Neil He had the busschaerts and his main ones came from a person called Harry Pessell of Coseley here in the midlands Arnie races Marc deCock family now but i think he still has the busshaerts |

I'm on the other side of the Irish sea and I'm becoming a proper pest trying to trace people. I've been away from the table a while, difficult to make contacts again. Arnie Tonks is on my radar. He most certainly is. I'm getting warm |

| been ringing John Crowder for 3 days. He's out with a mate, the wife says. Some mate. As for Williamson they're not for me. They're bred down from Billy Parks. Wonderful wonderful pigeons won everything. South Road, North Road not a chance. A waste of time. |

http://www.cscfc.com/01Rcarentan12.pdf This should narrow it down. Which of John's Lines did you find best? I'm told his stock is quite inbred and he keeps the different lines in 3 different lofts or sections. B' |
