| any members give pellets when young are in the nest ? if so whit ones ? or what are members thoughts on adding pellets to the mix while feeding ybs ? |

| always used chicken pellets for over 30 years got the tip from john crowder and christ he was spot on sean |

| do you only use them when you are rearing young or are they added to the mix thru tthe year |

| mine young birds have them all the time even after weaning
but not the old birds only when breeding |

| so do you prefer the chicken pellets to the G10 or the boss pellets graham/sean.....? ive used both and dont rekon much to them, i used the grower pellets in the past and prefed them......plus they were cheaper. |

| its the same old story david put a pigeon on the bag and it doubles in price dont forget a chicken is born and on the table in 42 days must be something in them pellets |

David i have tried all types of pellets those ones wi a pigeon on the bag a rip off far too dear i have always went back to chick layers or chicken rearers pellets have a look on the bag it tells yer exactly whats in them but remember they tend to drink more water so i always have 2 drinkers in the breeding season in the loft sean |

| I never had better youngsters in the nest than last year, never killed a single yb out of breeding over 100, other years a kill a few scrawny ones, all because of pellets I give mixed together 50% layers chicken pellets and 50% gem G10,s. Magic stuff added to the normal mix at 20 % pellets 80% corn. |

| We use the Turkey starter pellet its higher in protien than the others & is small an easy for the babys to pick up ; Cheers |

| use the natural free range layers pellets with extra omega 3,boosted with vitamins and minerals they are very very small and come in a 5kg bag from countrywide george |
