I have just looked on the Somerset rings list and it seems all is well as some birds are there in Gingers name. Many couriers have holding pens and feed and water them before driving them to their destination. Our own birds that we sent just over a week ago arrived in somerset on the second day of transit in good health. |

Hi David, yes they are under the same as last year which is Mistral Marauders, this year we used UK rings as we cannot get the rings until 2 months after the rest of the world here in the Algarve. The clubs never bother to get the rings on time as we do not race YBs here, they mostly breed in June when racing finishes. No good for one lofts it messed us up last year as we had to ring the second round birds. |

Thanks Darren, We have our first race at a place called Nisa 178 miles on Sunday, basketing is on Saturday night. I am starting my experiment with Eyesign VS Pedigree VS Best to Best matings. I will be Sending 20 of my 63 Latebred yearlings 7 Bto B, 7 Pedigree to Pedigree and 6 Eyesign pairing offspring. So I will send in the same percentages for the first 6 races all at this trip. http://algarvepigeonracing.webs.com/apps/photos/album?albumid=14551852On the link are the photos of all my 63 Latebred yearlings for anyone who is interested.
