I have had a closer look at the money situation if there is plenty of birds left for the final race why not split it

£300 for 1st
£150 for 2nd
£100 for 3rd
£50 for 4th

I KNOW YOU WILL ALL GO MAD AT ME SORRY

But just trying to spread the money so there is an extra prize at no extra cost plus it looks good for the site

I UNDERSTAND IF I GET SHOUTED AT Crying or Very sad Crying or Very sad BIG SORRY FOR CAUSING TROUBLE Crying or Very sad Crying or Very sad lol! lol!

looks like the most popular choice for the test loft payout is £350 first prize, £150 second prize and £100 third prize......so judging by the % of votes this poll recieved it looks like this will be the payout, wont be long now untill the yb season starts...good luck to all who have entered Very Happy

it was decided by the test loft members to have 3 prizes for the last race
300 200 100
in the event only one bird gets back in race time will this bird win all the prize money
in the event only 2 birds should get back will they split the 3rd prize between them
in the event no birds arrive on the day how long should it be left open for a bird to arrive ie 2 daYS

if after this time none have arrived what will happen to the prize fund

we have five members left with 1 bird each and 2 races to go

so i think you need to decide this before the final race takes place and a answer before
the result of this weeks race to be fair to them thats left in

there are plenty options  but if none come back send me it and i,ll drink it  but dont think folk will aggree with that  either donate to charity or  put it into site funds  or throw it on the table at blackpool  for who ever goes to have a drink   what ever is decided is fione by me   sean

not having a bird left in the test loft i think i can only comment on the if no birds return option the others should be decided by the remaining entrants ...if none return 50 should go to the site ,50 to the loft manager to get him and his better half a drink for all the hardwork and heartbreak endured and the rest donated to a charity/charities of there choice in the sites name jmho pete

If only 1 bird in race time, absolutely should it take all, that's what its all about.
If 2 birds then each collect their respective prizes and the outstanding 3rd prize money given to the loft manager for his efforts.
If no bird in race time then i think 2 days is plenty of time and if still no returnee the money should be split equally between all competitors of the FINAL race including the loft manager.

Deadline for returnee's could be Monday lunchtime after a saturday race???

This way everyone involved can do what they like with their winnings and G can put a little towards replacing what should have been a decent team for next year.

Just an idea cheers
