| if i had enough i would keep neither personally
but if circumstances allowed, there is no reason why they could not be any good
had a bird that as a yb was lost and reported 5 times( 3 times at same loft 2 miles away)
only kept him to fill the boxes his 1st race as a yearling was lost for 3 weeks from 78 miles
after getting him right he had a few races and was decided to try him across the water nothing special but the further he went the better he got at saintes 465 miles as a yearling was 3rd club 10th fed flying 14 hours
the following year he was lost from 78 miles again for 4 weeks then eventually he ended up saintes again winning 2nd club 4th fed
the following year he was left in the loft till the races went over 120 miles at saintes he was 3rd club 3rd fed with no day birds arrived next morning 700 i was a 13 year old rember it liked yesterday
so they can amount to anything after a dodgy yb season if they have learnet |

For me the one that has tried to get home has only gone in your loft due to being under weight just shows the birds character With the other one it's not worth the time for me Ill give any pigeon a chance if it try's because even the best makes mistakes but they are only young for one year |
