| just back from blackpool show, looks like a good time was had by all, met old freinds and also new, very good meeting up with some of the lads on this site,it was a pleasure to listen to rene!s wife singing, brilliant voice and very entertaining,i slogged around the show 2 days on crutchers as it is not very disabled freindly, i now have arms like popie, still enjoyed it ,though i think that will be my last year, think i will go where it is warmer for a week ten days about same cost as 2 days b/p ,as far as the attendance on sat it was very good, about average sun, stands were missing which is not good,it also closed early, i think this could well become a 1 day show, lets see where cash is alocated this year ,probably not back into the sport i will wager ?, got me an entrance form for the midland national ,will contact northern classic in due course,in the mean time i wish every body luck for the new season ,especialy the lads who will be getting some of my birds. |
