decided to pack in

6 weeks ago I decided to pack in smoking and only have a pint at the pigeon club...it feels great to be able to breathe ,smell and taste again   now I can look at the boy and not feel guilty anymore which was the main reason for kicking the habit..no patches either neither any of that special chewing gum   must say I feel a whole lot healthier   and of course theirs the money aspect to  

well done daz and im sure alfie will thank you for it to be honest i think its all will power patches gum ect are just stop gaps money makers

but ya biguest test will come when ya birds dont trap     

i packed up twice once for a year and once for 18 months second time i just went in shop got some cigs and had a smoke ffs i was floating on air had to sit in car for hour legs went weak lol

i may think about giving up beer but then again i may not

Beer G    may somewhat increase the stomach etc "Ask Our expert Sean here"    The cancer sticks    may mean you don't have any stomach. So !!!!! a no brainer the way I see things "Especially" when you have a little fella     that relies on you like O/S.

Picked fag ends out of the gutters in West Hartlepool at 14. Was in the British Merchant Marine for many years. Cheap smokes. Cheap here also from the Indian Reservation. No tax. 200 for $15 Canadian. I admire your desire to quit. I tried it with gum and such. Did not work. Oh well, still in excellent health so another 25 years will be a 100. Hey! One always hopes!!! well done.i packed in about 13 years ago and it was one of the hardest things i,ve done..so again a very big well done to you and keep it up
