Weather Today........21/1/15

snowing heavier now here in leeds, started last night but hasn't laid much so far, looks to be coming heavier now so hoping it doesn't lay.........put 6 pairs birds together and 4 seem to be taking a mate so far, will just leave them to it.

good luck with the breeding david...drizzle here no sign of any snow ,got 2 hens pairing up

lol George luckily I have 3 spare hens so will leave these to it that way they will stop any other hens going down on the floor hopefully...mind you I have grills down

Absolute crap here 33 degrees today & I just don't know what I'm going to do as my babies are growing like mushrooms etc.

its gonna freeze here tonight -2 or -3 then 7 days of dry and relatively mild weather

not too bad here today, no snow since yesterday afternoon and relatively dry so far, a bit cold but not too bad...........just hoping it doesn't freeze over and snow

nice bit of scenery there hal, I presume you don't have much neighbour troubles there.........

notice you have the wind turbines sprouting up near you, weve recently acquired one locally, but im very suspicious of there workings here, whenever its windy or even a slight breeze, they don't spin round.......but when its a lovely hot day with not a hint of a breeze they are spinning

where`s the logic in that ? something dodgy going on if you ask me..........

nice dry mild day here today so gave the birds a bath

fine and dry here today, coming a bit chilly now but snow forecast for Wednesday so I read in the papers this morning.........

no snow forecast down this end but gonna get colder for the next week at least it will be relatively dry so may get on with my porch for old bird loft ...if her indoors don't nip it in the bud by wanting decorating done

Ever thought of going into politics David at your pace not much would get done etc. But then !!!  you could even save a few c**k up's ??? along the way & a few trillion/billion pound to boot & then you may even get a knight hood, being such a crazy country .

we had heavy rain earlier today but white cloud and now
