But I can only go 1 way. Nothing wrong with being last Boosey as long as you enjoy your pigeons that is all that matters |

| Yes a agree if that's what suits certain people but me and my brother are obsessed with winning.it's in our blood lol.but again we are all different. If I am racing 40 birds believe me I want something back cause it takes a lot of hard work |

No issues with me here Ray with your way of thinking etc. We are all differant at times in the life cycle of being a pigeon flyer/fancier I suspect. I've now reached the stage here where I'm just happy to see them potter around the back yard for enjoyment & racing is just a side issue. ***** |

| yes Darren, I think some get a big advantage, especially in the fed.....ive noticed on the fed results its always the same members/clubs who are at the top......and this isn't because they have better birds or are better pigeon men than my clubs top flyers, I think they have an advantage due to location, wind, drag etc like you say......
the highest position I remember my club members being in the fed is 4th, and most times are rarely in the top 30.... |

| same for us david all the birds come up the severn so those living near it have a big advantage irrespective of wind in the fed ...even our club has members living near the severn we are about 4 miles further inland and it makes all the difference in dapper races but you try yer best with what you have and where you are |

| I don't think anyone in my club has any chance of topping the fed Darren........ I don't really know why they left the GYA and went with barkston ash.... |

But I can only go 1 way. Hey Boosey - Maybe your birds haven't come into their own yet! Maybe they like the longer races - Maybe they are slower to get going. As you say - it can only get better - at least you are 'Having a go'. ATB for future races and let us all know how you get on please. Phil |

| Not being funny but we are only into our second race so there's a long way to go..not all pigeons will peak at the same time.I want my to peak at the nationals .we just want them steady at these early races
