some of you guys are a bit harsh on your birds.i cannot put a healthy bird in the bin.always someone to take my castoffs.

you should never kill the parents until the ybs bred off them are raced and tested, whats the point of breeding ybs off a certain pair then killing them before you know what the young have done.....? madness............

then again, if the obs are not good enough to keep they are not good enough to breed from.....

not always don like i said that hen that won for me yesterday and last season i would have got rid of her father going off his results but like an said i had a gut feeling, but you cannot do that all the time i was just lucky

yes i would,but it hard to find one really because you do not want to breed out of them anyway unless like we said eariler you have a gut feeling

yes i know what your saying ray, if you had a crap racer you wouldnt automatically want to breed of it would you......

would be different if a bird had never raced and been put to stock purely for its bloodline/parentage maybe......?
