| 2 years ago i got in a lost racer, reported it to the s.u and gave the guy the bird back.last summer the bird came back to me and i fed it on top of the loft.it stayed about 40 mins on the house roof then went home i think.the guy lives about 15 miles south of me so maybe it now uses me as a pit stop for a feed.if i see the bird this year do you think i should not feed it as its stopping the bird getting home on good time. |

| hi geordiejen, maybe you might not see the bird anyway as the owner might have binned it because of it coming back late........some fanciers will only give so many chances and if they keep failing they are gone..... |

| I got to be honest if birds keep coming i dont care where they have been, just shows they got brains. send them on a long channel race with that kind of experience they might come good. Wouldnt kil a healthy bird if it comes home. |

| The only thing i would say never kill anything until the end of the season
Many times killed old birds at the end of the old bird season , and yes there young birds have gone on to win and win well |
