| what is the condition of your young birds , are they fit to finish the programme, will they still have there feathers , or will they be dropping in the moult ,how far do you intend to send them ?, and do they realy need to go ,we have 3 weeks left we have a 150 miles a 177 miles and 205 miles, plus midland national 200 miles and 300 miles, think I will give the midlands a big miss , don't trust them, as for club will play it by ear, my birds are in very good condition and look the part , the lights are on till 10 pm, but it can go all t**s up over night , there is also the weather factor, good luck to all , soon be over |

| Very hard on natural. Even harder on allotments when you see darkest 20 mins before yours. That's why we went back on the dark to compete..at the end of the day being on the dark doubles your chances of winning because not many birds get past the yearling stage anyway |
