| I know we have had problems with High Flyers in the past.
BUT - this has just happened to us this morning:-
We were expecting 4 birds from Scotland to be delivered by High Flyers this morning.
My wife was told it was OK to pay by cheque by some guy called Kevin (maybe he is the boss, who knows).
When the driver arrived, he was TOTALLY adamant that he would NOT take a cheque and wanted cash.
That meant my wife had to get in the car and drive to the back to get some cash. This really unsettled her, so I gang head office and got a load of old bull .... - .
Do NOT deal with these people, they are a bush of idiots.

| why did you not get walkers phil...?
highflyers are bad news...............crap service, unprofessional and an attitude problem by reports ive heard. |

| walkers for me everytime highflyers have gone downhill this last year or so sorry to hear that phil I can assure you that walkers are a professional outfit |

Because I needed the birds THIS week and the transport was already going to the house of man I bought the birds from. c. Could I trust that Walker could pick the birds up this week and deliver them today or tomorrow? I did tell the guy I bought the new birds from, about the problems that our members have had with 'Plop Flyers', but he said that he had never had problems with them - He know better now, because I rang him right away. And yes - we all live and learn, but this time, it was out of my hands. Phil |

No David, I couldn't find ANYONE who will bring me birds from the UK to France - not even Walkers. I even had a telephone conversation with the boss (Mark I think his name is) he said the get to Calais they turn LEFT to Belg and Holland. He would not even entertain coming part way without charging a fortune. They were delivering 4 birds from Scotland to Stroud where my wife is until Monday morning. Phil |
