| I Wonder what would happen to the RPRA one loft race birds, if DEFRA closed down racing due to the Avian bird flu.
They could auction them, but there wouldn't be much interest if they hadn't raced.
I wonder if they would keep them for a year and race them as yearlings.
But then they would have to probably cancel the RPRA YB race that year.
I was talking to a bloke outside brownies tonight. (Waiting for my daughter) and he asked me if racing was still going ahead this year because of the avian outbreak.
It just got me thinking. |

| just have to cross that bridge if it happens steve i have visited the site in Tewkesbury its very secluded so i don't see a local problem of exclusion it would just be if they put a block on racing itself |

| Just a thought if this goes OK may be next year we could try the Barcelona one loft race as they go on as yearlings and older long term protect ? |

Bloke in my club bred the 1st uk pigeon this year In the African million dollar race I believe.

The N.E.H.U race from Melton Mowbray 21/4/2012 was won by Peel bros of South Shields, they took 1st club 1st fed, also taking 2nd and 4th club and 15 of the 25 birds clocked in the club......well done Peel brothers.
