| With open loft Hal, they have it every day and am sure they know what is and is not what is good for them.

| No good starting a new post but think it worth mentioning.
A man who ran a fishing business involving fish worth thousands of pounds (some as reported £40,000 each.)
He was being targeted by otters that were decimating his stock.
He shot one and was jailed for two months.
He had no means of redress for the thousands of pounds lost in stock.
These otters have been released unnaturally, as have many raptors.
I once wrote to the appropriate Government department pointing out that in other countries where protected species cause damage compensation is paid.
I still have the reply, we are very sorry for the losses etc; but in essence get stuffed.
It would not be as bad if those causing all the trouble were as a result of nature but they are not, they have been introduced in an artificial manner.
Afraid all the minority groups get away with murder.
Whilst we have cosy meetings with now defunct MPs.
Not heard from the Raptor Alliance lately.
Regards.

| As long as the raptors eat the doves here, the pigeons should be OK. |

| Just read where fancier fined £450.00 for killing sparrow hawk, it was in a field close to his loft and had been attacking his pigeons, he had shot it and the RSPB said it was caused unnecessary pain.
Think if he had shot it on his own land he could have contested the matter and we would know where the sport stands.
If it was killing his pigeons £450.00 a reasonable price.
Regards. |

| The idiots put raptors antics down to nature, true, but nothing is more natural than a fancier wonting to protect his feathered friends.
A good shot is a far quicker death than being plucked to death.
Regards.
