Anarchy is a perposterous idea, how on earth could all individuals ideas and wants be incorperatd in any system that could function without perpetual conflict?.

We have rules and laws yet we still have problems.

Well the world of humans have different laws and ALL to own favours and desires.

It is happening.... Legally now lol. All who can and do, controlling thoses that - at moment can't.
Another reason why the world is in such a state.
