the lakes were i fish go from 2lb to about 38lb the 20 lb was caught on a 14mil boilie with scopex plus the lakes are cheap only £50 per season

yes true rene, sometimes you can tell some new members have no knowleage of pigeons or any intention of posting by the user names they have.........members who are genuine usually have a pigeon related user name or simply use their own name.

these forums only need a few good posters and its made, it seems the more members post the more other members get involved in the discussions......also the more posts are made the more the search engines direct traffic to the site, hence more visitors.....hence more new members.

thats what we usually do anyway rene....... hope the sites liven up when the racing seasons over, last year we were hectic nearly every night with lots of posts being made........if it doesnt i think we are in the s**t

be nice if it dose mate i want to do a widget on mine to promo other sites but dont no weather its worth it i put mine and this one up on my FB now and again

yes theres these twitter things but i havnt a clue about them, plus other ways to get noticed but would it get to the right place ie pigeon men ?

yes ive seen your homepage rene, only thing is when im on the site i cant get back on to it...... is there a button to click ? i think its a good idea to have one of these as you can draw people in by making the homepage interesting, id do one but ive not studied how to do it yet

what do you mean you cant get back on the page mate ? and on this site you got the same sort of thing but its your portal mate ops i ment you got it on this page mate dowm the center of the page

no rene, youve got another one.......you have the portal page and the home page......but it someone goes on to your site from a search it takes them to another page which shows ets and other things on...have you seen it ?

no mate not seen that il have to get hold of numpty to get that changed i think could be losin members cos of it eh

dont know really rene, i suppose its like .com having a main page which takes you to the forums.......also globe has one too. ill try get on to yours and send you link

Thanks for the welcome everyone, i'll try and put a bit of input on here as i said my old man is the one with the birds but he had a accident in work about 2yrs ago and so finds it hard now to do some of the more simple stuff such as carry corn up the loft and carry the baskets for training/racing so after helping him out a fair bit i've become more involved with them .
